Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks using provided equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Organize inventory in warehouse zones with proper labeling
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse systems for inventory tracking
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals
- Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass pre-employment background check
