Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight using provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect equipment daily for safety and functionality
- Maintain accurate inventory records via provided handheld scanners
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols with provided PPE
- Operate warehouse management systems with provided training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior equipment operation experience required
