Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using provided RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Operate warehouse equipment (conveyors, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Optimize picking routes to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect goods for quality control before shipping
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- OSHA Forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
