Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Maintain organized inventory with barcode scanning and digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment operation guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support inventory audits and stock rotation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for equipment operation)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid training)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
