Responsibilities
- Safely operate provided forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Prepare orders for shipment using provided packaging equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to operate provided heavy machinery
