Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and loading equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks, containers, and railcars with precision and timeliness
- Organize and stack inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to operate company-provided equipment (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
