Responsibilities
- Operate company-provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and other loading equipment
- Safely load/unload freight from trucks and containers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment maintenance needs
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Organize and stage materials for efficient distribution
Qualifications
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
