Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized stock areas
- Operate warehouse machinery safely per OSHA standards
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and hazard-free work zones
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to operate provided heavy machinery (training offered)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
