Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using provided forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- Inspect and maintain assigned equipment daily
- Organize warehouse inventory according to company standards
- Operate warehouse management system (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Willingness to operate provided machinery (training included)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
