Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational safety
- Verify shipment accuracy against manifests and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space per safety standards
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
