Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Coach and develop team members through performance metrics and safety training
- Implement process improvements using Lean methodologies and WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with transportation and procurement teams
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-incident safety culture
- Generate operational reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and inventory software
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Excellent communication abilities for team leadership and stakeholder coordination
- Flexibility to work alternative schedules including early mornings or evenings
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
