Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using manual equipment and forklifts
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records using handheld scanners
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, conveyors) with precision
- Support inventory audits and cycle count processes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about operational needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or weekends
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
