Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments in our digital tracking system
- Maintain organized staging areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Operate warehouse equipment including electric pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Basic familiarity with warehouse operations or logistics preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to our Riverfront Drive facility
