Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized storage systems
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, hazard-free work environment
- Participate in cross-functional logistics tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math and inventory record-keeping skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in cold environments (0-32°F)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
