Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring safety protocols and performance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with carriers and internal teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Collaborate with remote logistics team for seamless cross-functional operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in remote capacity
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience preferred
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or Business Management required
