Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Verify inventory accuracy with barcode scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, conveyors) with precision
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Uphold cleanliness standards across all warehouse zones
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification required (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Valid California Driver's License (CDL not required)
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
