Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Verify inventory accuracy and document shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and safety awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to company safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations or material handling
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
