Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Manage inventory with precision, utilizing barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Optimize loading procedures to minimize damage and maximize space utilization
- Document all activities using digital inventory management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification and proven equipment operation skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
