Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 25+ warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Optimize inventory management systems to achieve 99.9% accuracy
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with shipping, receiving, and quality control teams
- Analyze KPIs to improve productivity and reduce operational costs by 15%
- Manage warehouse automation systems and WMS software
- Handle vendor relations and equipment maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in temperature-controlled environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and warehouse automation

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
