As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely loading of goods onto delivery trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and adhering to all safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, trucks, and loading docks.
- Verify counts and accuracy of inventory against shipping manifests.
- Ensure all loading procedures comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and delays.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and packaging.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
