Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Operate warehouse machinery according to safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading schedules and workflows
- Ensure all materials are securely packaged and labeled for transit
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent safety hazards
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operation license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning technology
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
