Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect goods for damage and verify shipment accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory systems with barcode scanning
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Document inventory movements and maintain cleanliness protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
