Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading, packing lists, and purchase orders.
- Organize and stock merchandise on shelves and in the warehouse storage area.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
