Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed at all times.
- Package and label items accurately for distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep and maintenance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (coolers/warehouses).
