Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately for storage or shipment.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels and discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
