Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environment
- Safely load/untractors and organize palletized inventory
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Train new operators on equipment and safety standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clean background check and drug-free record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
