Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label goods securely, utilizing proper wrapping and cushioning techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status and update shipment details.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and operational goals.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing between 30 and 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
