Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy in stock records.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to prevent accidents.
- Coordinate with management to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Handle equipment maintenance and coordinate with third-party logistics providers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Valid Forklift certification is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
