Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers in an efficient and safe manner.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage, errors, and quality control.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment according to carrier specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing paperwork.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
