Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers with speed and accuracy while adhering to safety regulations.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock levels are correct and discrepancies are reported.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification required or provided), and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if dock work is involved).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
