As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain remains seamless and our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from trucks and delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy, ensuring proper documentation.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including sorting, stacking, and shelving products.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to specific customer requirements.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips accurately.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and a strong work ethic.
