Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual lifting techniques
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas following safety protocols
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and orderly workspaces in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after completing training
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle count processes
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong work ethic and reliability with consistent attendance
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
