Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing training certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and paperwork documentation
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- Valid government-issued photo ID and authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid training)
