Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain organized warehouse staging areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Complete paperwork and digital documentation for inventory tracking
- Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout shift
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
