Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize inventory in warehouse storage areas following safety protocols
- Inspect and prepare products for shipment ensuring accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse facilities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and responsibly
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
