Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments with precision using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting
- Inspect products for damage and maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient staging areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Follow all safety protocols and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
