Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips.
- Package, label, and prepare goods for shipment efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld inventory systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and documents.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Good physical stamina, dexterity, and mobility.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students welcome to apply.
