Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and productivity targets
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve OSHA compliance and zero-incident goals
- Coordinate inventory management, including cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliations
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes to reduce costs and improve throughput
- Collaborate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound shipment coordination
- Manage performance metrics, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and labor efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory control software
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to train and motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making experience
- Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA material handling regulations
