Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Manage inventory with scanning systems and maintain accurate records
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse machinery after completing training certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
