Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety-compliant operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Valid driver's license preferred (training provided for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
