Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Uphold Amazon's high standards for workplace safety and cleanliness
- Adapt to seasonal demand fluctuations and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld technology
- Reliable transportation to Durham facility (remote work not applicable)
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays during peak seasons
