Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for damage and accuracy
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse management software for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—paid training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification training included)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
