Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using manual and powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and responsibly after training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to complete paid equipment certification
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse environment)
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Liberty Avenue facility
