Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks with speed and accuracy using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts.
- Sort, check, and stage merchandise in preparation for shipping or storage.
- Utilize RF scanners to verify inventory counts and update warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies quickly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry items weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends if necessary.
