Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas to maintain flow.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, scanning, and inventory management.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for standing and walking.
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions and noise levels.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
