Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and containers with precision and speed.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory accurately.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure all items are correctly packaged and labeled.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certified preferred).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
