Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning procedures
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading workflows
- Operate warehouse equipment with precision and safety awareness
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings remotely as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Arlington facility
- Experience with remote collaboration tools preferred
