Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory in state-of-the-art Irvine facility
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate with remote logistics team via digital platforms for real-time inventory updates
- Maintain accurate digital records of shipments and warehouse conditions through mobile apps
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits using tablet-based systems
- Collaborate with remote supervisors to optimize loading schedules and routes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards while completing daily tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic digital tools (mobile apps, inventory software)
- Strong communication skills for remote team interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Irvine facility (3 onsite days/week)
