Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy via RF scanners and digital tracking systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize loading schedules and routes
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and report maintenance needs promptly
- Complete digital checklists and inventory reports using mobile devices
Qualifications
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to Portland facility
- High-speed internet for remote task management
