Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight from trucks and containers using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Verify and document incoming/outgoing shipments against manifests
- Maintain organized inventory storage and accurate stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report issues
- Uphold 5S standards for cleanliness and workplace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
